This 3 hr workshop is designed for employees who want to understand and manage their emotional triggers better and become, as a result, more efficient and mentally balanced in the workplace. The pandemic has exacerbated burnout rates, depression, stress and anxiety like never before. In 2023, organizations face historic challenges: a competitive talent landscape, an exhausted workforce, and pressure to control costs. This workshop serves to address the healing of pandemic emotional concerns and opens the path to sustainable performance.
